House Rules
Please read the House Rules carefully. By using the accommodation, you express that you have read, understood, and accepted the House Rules.
All guests use the apartment at their own risk.
We kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure.
When leaving the building, please always close the door and windows, and do not leave electrical appliances turned on.
The apartment is fully equipped; the replacement cost of missing or damaged items must be paid. If any damage occurs, please report it to the accommodation operator.
All guests use the apartment and its equipment at their own risk.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Guests may only receive visitors with the knowledge and consent of the Host.
In the apartment, as well as in the common rooms and areas—regardless of the time of day—please refrain from any behavior and activities that disturb the peace of others.
Please use the furnishings and equipment as intended.
It is forbidden to take room furnishings and equipment, including towels and blankets, out of the apartment!
Daily cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
A baby cot is provided upon request.

Supplement for Guests of Spa Residence Carbona Apartments

Please leave the VIP and Key cards in the apartment upon departure. Please note that in case of losing the apartment keys, wellness cards, or the gate remote, a fee of 70 EUR per item will be charged.
We provide bathrobes for our adult Guests to use the Wellness area of the Naturmed Hotel Carbona****.
Please leave the bathrobes provided in the apartment upon departure. In case they are missing, their replacement cost must be paid.
When using the VIP cards within the Naturmed Hotel Carbona****, Guests are obliged to strictly follow the hotel's house rules. They are fully responsible for any damage caused by failing to do so.
The cost of consumption or services used at the Naturmed Hotel Carbona**** must be paid by the Guests immediately on-site to the Naturmed Hotel Carbona****.
The trash bin is located outside, next to the garage entrance.
Parking is provided for one car.
Supplement for Guests of Royal Homes Apartments
Please pay extra attention to your own and others' safety when on the balcony and in the stairwell.
The use of the shared SUN TERRACE and other shared areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The JACUZZI in Building 3 of the Royal Homes Condominium is open seasonally.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING are controlled by setting the desired temperature using the plus and minus buttons. After setting, the fan coil units will start working in a few minutes. Recommended setting: in summer, the fan coils should be set at least 2 degrees cooler, and in winter, warmer. For the proper functioning of the system, please do not change other settings. The system may stop for short periods several times while heating domestic hot water. In summer, please keep the windows closed until the evening, and if you are not in the apartment, draw the blinds to help reach the desired temperature faster.
In spring and autumn, switching the system from heating to cooling or cooling to heating depends on the weather.
Please ensure that there is nothing under the slats when lowering the ROLLER BLINDS that could cause them to get stuck, as this may break them.
Supplement for Guests of Helikon Terrace Apartments
The use of the shared POOL is at your own risk. Pool opening hours during the operating season: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool's operating season is determined individually based on the weather.
Children under 6 and children under 14 who cannot swim may only use the pool under adult supervision. To protect the health and physical integrity of pool users, the pool may not be used by individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering medications.
The pool is 1.40 m deep, so it can only be used by those who can swim. Everyone uses the pool at their own risk!
Please be careful near the pool due to the water depth and the risks associated with sunbathing (e.g., slipping hazard).
Persons suffering from fever, infectious gastrointestinal and skin diseases, convulsions, loss of consciousness, or illnesses with noticeable or extensive pathological changes are not permitted in the pool.
